Deli to you. The ultimate in kitchen convenience.

Having a well-stocked pantry is always a good idea and nowadays when we talk about a pantry we like to include your fridge and freezer too. Whether you’re looking to throw together a quick and easy pasta or you want to add your signature seasoning to a family favourite you need some supplies on hand.

Whether you’re looking to throw together a quick and easy pasta or you want to add your signature seasoning to a family favourite you need some supplies on hand.In our current situation with so much out of our control a well-stocked pantry can provide a sense of security and order and pantry items are the beginnings of many excellent meals. the forum kitchen is now delivering delicious fresh meals as well as pantry essentials from our Cellar and Deli - including our new selection of fresh pasta and sauces.

Pasta is a firm family favourite and is the easiest and quickest dish to whip up … and now we have made it even more convenient.

Order your fresh pasta - Fresca; Verde or Rossa and one of our homemade sauces - think Napolitano or three herb and walnut pesto (others too) and dinner is ready.

We know condiments, spices and dressings are the key to making meals flavourful and kicking them up a notch. If you can’t remember when you last bought new spices, our deli has an incredible Za’atar spice which is a blend of roasted sesame seeds; cumin seeds; coriander seeds; thyme and sumac.

If we could have just one ingredient in our spice drawer it would be this … plus it’s perfect to sprinkle on fresh sourdough loaf from our bakery. We like ours with a pantry staple - salted butter from Mooberry (check out their yoghurt and cheese too).

We chose Mooberry Farms as a supplier because their business is based on values we support like organic principles; hormone-free products and no preservatives.

Lockdown snacking is a real thing

And staying at home has led to increased nibbling throughout the day. Snacking could be the result of boredom, the need to find distraction or just constant access to the fridge. Google tells us that the search “quarantine snacks” has trended over the past 90 days.

You don’t have to forgo your cravings completely rather visit our Deli and make some healthier choices. We suggest our date and nut salami; white chocolate blondies or a handful of our hand-crafted granola.

These are all treats and not junk! Keep a selection on hand in your pantry for when you need a snack to alleviate situational anxiety or negative thoughts.

Go ahead and try our artisanal fine food #delitoyou #wecreateyouplate - delivered safely and directly to your door.
